About the work

Life Science Series-2: Plants are one of the two major groups of living organisms that are an essential entity to the function of the biosphere. Plants can be found in all known parts of the earth, in all shapes and sizes. Since that time, the vast majority of the organic materials required by living cells have been produced by photosynthetic organisms, that include almost all plants. Without plants, life on Earth as we know it would be impossible because they provide food for humans, pets, and all wild animals.

I captured in my own imagination this concept and lifecycle that may tell the story that starts with rain (water)- water droplet on top of the canvas, next and to the futuristic chlorophyl on an ancient tree. Lower part are the roots of the plant and insects that feed on plants. I added couple of my own artistic ideas to the story to make the concept a little interesting, magical and fun (like the pear on the tree that is waiting for her underwear to dry :)) and frog is resting on aquatic flower stem after a long day, as well as magical flower blooming on right hand side above the forest)
